(CAN) Senior Manager, Store Space Design- BIM Management and Standards

Position Summary

This role establishes and drives a clear planning strategy by leading Store Planners and partnering cross functionally to translate business objectives into standardized, consistent store layouts and drawings across formats. It ensures final plans align to enterprise principles and enable efficient execution at scale.

Understanding the use of advanced analytics and Gen AI tools –enabled insights, supporting faster, more consistent, and higher‑quality decision‑making throughout the planning lifecycle.

The role defines and governs the scope of format projects to protect and grow sales, profitability, and customer experience, with an emphasis on repeatable, high-quality layouts, standardized documentation, and long‑term sustainability rather than one‑off solutions.
