A federal Crown corporation with an independent Board accountable to Parliament through the Minister of Finance, CDEV is the government’s trusted advisor and active asset manager of over $75B in strategic assets through the CDEV Group of Companies, including Trans Mountain, Canada Indigenous Loan Guarantee Corporation, Canada Enterprise Emergency Funding Corporation, and Canada Growth Fund.
