Our client is a large food company in the Middle East with an exceptional opportunity in Dubai. They need a Bakery Plant / Production Manager for a large bakery producing potato buns and rolls. Base salary USD $4,200 month plus the 40% for expat allowances, but willing to consider higher base for candidates with exceptional backgrounds. Open to all nationalities if coming from one of the firms listed below.

You will handle daily operations of high volume production and packaging processes. We are looking for candidates from companies that produce no less than 300 thousand bags of buns per day because this is the production level they aim to achieve in the future. So, the person will help them setup the bakery according to the highest standards and to start high volume production.
