About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced, patient-centred coordination of care for people diagnosed with urological cancers and their whānau. Acting as the central point of contact across the cancer pathway, you will ensure patients receive timely, seamless care from diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and, where required, end-of-life care.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, primary care, and regional partners to optimise outcomes, enhance patient experience, and minimise delays. A key focus will be monitoring Faster Cancer Treatment (FCT) indicators, proactively managing patient pathways, and supporting equitable access to high-quality care.
