Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimize strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.

Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources-including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent-using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.

Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.
