Candidate Manager

We’re looking for experienced Candidate Manager to join our growing team — proactive, organised professionals who can confidently manage multiple recruitment pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You must have hands-on experience recruiting for IT roles , including infrastructure, network, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, IT support, systems administrators, business analysts, project managers, and other technical positions . A solid understanding of IT hiring requirements and candidate profiles is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Candidate Sourcing

• Proactively source candidates through Seek, Indeed, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM databases
• Build targeted pipelines for technical or real estate roles
• Maintain high-quality talent pools for immediate and future vacancies
• Create visually appealing Canva ads to attract top talent
