Cane Development Officer

Role Summary:
Seeking a proactive, field-oriented Cane Development Officer to enhance cane procurement, strengthen grower relations, and improve crop yield and quality through effective agronomic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with growers
• Guide crop management and inputs
• Conduct field visits to monitor crop progress
• Implement productivity improvement programs
• Coordinate with teams for timely cane supply
• Maintain field reports and grower records
• Assist in farmer trainings and awareness sessions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Master's preferred)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Cane development, preferably sugarcane or field crop management
• Strong knowledge of agronomy practices and crop cycles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for farmer engagement
