Cane Mill DCS Operator

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the cane milling system using the DCS to achieve optimal milling efficiency and juice extraction.
• Adjust process parameters in real-time to maintain consistent operational targets.
• Ensure smooth operation of cane carriers, mills, juice heaters, and related auxiliary equipment.
• Coordinate with field operators for equipment checks, manual adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Continuously monitor process indicators (pressure, temperature, flow, power consumption, and extraction levels).
• Record and analyze operational data, reporting deviations and abnormalities promptly.
• Prepare daily shift reports on mill performance, downtime, and production output.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental regulations.
