Role Overview

The Canteen Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the HCIS canteen, ensuring safe, nutritious, and student-friendly meals, smooth service execution, and strong compliance with school, SFA, and company standards.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage people, processes, and stakeholders in a school environment with high expectations around food safety, punctuality, and care for students.

Core Responsibilities & Opportunities

1. Daily Operations & Service Management

• Oversee daily canteen operations for breakfast, recess, lunch, and other scheduled meal periods
• Ensure timely food preparation, service flow, and queue management
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
