Qualifications

• Strong listening, memory, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy.
• Ability to stay focused, neutral, and objective during conversations.
• Able to build credibility quickly and remain professional at all times.
• Capable of following client instructions precisely.
• Able to clarify cultural concepts when needed, with the client’s permission, to prevent miscommunication.
• Bilingual with Cantonese and English (minimum B2 CEFR level).
• Able to work permanently from home with a stable work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation between Cantonese and English for individuals who need language support.
• Handle on-demand telephone or video calls and deliver accurate consecutive interpretation.
• Process information quickly and clearly while recognizing cultural nuances.
