Position Responsibilities:

+ Build and deliver capability training programs including employee on-boarding and development

+ Develop highly engaging and interactive learning solutions for delivery in a classroom, virtually or in an online setting

+ Demonstrate a creative vision for learning which translates to effective instructional design and training modalities that support company business goals and objectives

+ Provide sales and business subject matter expertise on key sales operation initiatives and program launches

+ Drive sales volume, gross profit, availabilit...
