Capability Manager

Job Description

The Capability Manager will lead and manage the end to end capability for data pipelines, API engineering, and intelligent digitisation across FNB. This includes building scalable data ingestion pathways, ensuring robust API ecosystems, and implementing modern AI/ML based solutions that can extract information from images (e.g., payslips, bank statements, IDs) using advanced models and intelligent agents.
The role ensures that FNB leverages automation and intelligent data workflows to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and decision making.
