                    Responsible for implementing programmes to build employees' skills and capabilities to support the future needs of AIA• Develop and implement Training to our Customer Care Centre with a focus on Group Insurance and Superannuation
• Monitor employee development and training programmes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and results
• Modify existing programmes and develop new ones based on business requirements
