Capacity Planner

Location: Pasig Site
Work Arrangement: Dayshift – Fully Onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze historical data and business trends to forecast workload and staffing requirements
• Develop short-term and long-term capacity plans to support operational goals
• Collaborate with Workforce Management, Operations, and other stakeholders toensure demand and supply alignment
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, AHT, shrinkage, occupancy, and productivity
• Identify capacity gaps and recommend solutions including hiring, overtime, schedule adjustments, or cross-training
• Support hiring plans by providing accurate headcount requirements and timelines
• Prepare and present capacity reports, forecasts, and insights to management
