Capacity Planner

Job Summary

The Capacity Planner is responsible for ensuring that all production resources—manpower, materials, and equipment—are aligned with forecasted demand within the Bakery Department. This role analyzes data to create efficient production schedules, prevent bottlenecks, and mitigate risks related to supply delays or demand spikes.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Analysis: Creating capacity plans based on sales forecasts and historical trends.
• Performance Monitoring: Comparing actual output against planned targets and analyzing variances.
• Risk Management: Developing contingency plans for material shortages or unexpected demand surges.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Production Supervisors, other planners, and Manufacturing Heads.

Requirements
