Capacity Planning Analyst

The Capacity Planning Analyst uses data and operational insight to forecast demand, assess capacity requirements, and identify current and future bottlenecks.

Working closely with the Strategic Planning Team, the role supports short-, medium-, and long-term planning, simulation modelling, and scenario analysis to inform business decisions and support London City Airport's Capacity Declaration ambitions.

The role also produces regular performance reporting and provides actionable insights for various stakeholders to improve passenger flow, operational efficiency, service performance, and overall airport performance.
