Capacity Strategy Analyst

Your Job We are seeking an Analyst, Capacity Strategy to support Molex’s manufacturing and supply chain organizations by coordinating capacity planning processes, data, and cross‑functional routines. This role plays a critical part in aligning capacity with demand, supporting strategic growth, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the network.
Our Team You will work closely with Plant Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Engineering, and commercial stakeholders. This role partners across functions and sites to bring structure, visibility, and execution discipline to capacity planning and governance.
What You Will Do
Capacity Planning & Governance
Coordinate the recurring capacity planning cadence (monthly/quarterly), including meeting scheduling, agendas, action tracking, and follow‑ups.
Maintain a standardized capacity review process across plants/sites (e.g., utilization, bottlenecks, constraints, recovery plans).
