Fonction :

1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for all AMTB plants aligns with the AMTB’s goals, incorporating benchmarking data to ensure best practices are followed.
2. Supplier Selection: Identify new suppliers, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors who can provide the required goods and services at the best value, quality, and within established timelines.
3. Cost Analysis: Consolidate demand of all plants, analyze and compare supplier quotes, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all purchasing decisions.
4. Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets for both CAPEX purchases, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
