Major Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and oversee capital improvement projects including roofing, mechanical, electrical, structural elements, and new school constructions. Ensure compliance with regulatory codes, fire inspections, and municipal by-laws across Board sites; develop and implement maintenance guidelines and procedures. Assist and provide consultancy for the Request for Proposals process by evaluating potential service providers for various projects and service contracts.
