Capital Market, Director (IPO) Role Overview Provide strategic IPO advisory and capital markets solutions while driving business development, client relationship management and transaction origination across the market ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Identify and originate new IPO advisory and capital markets opportunities through networking, client outreach, referrals and market mapping activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, founders, private equity firms, investment banks, legal firms and other key stakeholders within the capital markets ecosystem.
