Optimize and scale Addi’s capital structure by executing sophisticated debt financing strategies that ensure long‑term liquidity and lower the cost of funds to fuel rapid regional expansion. You will act as the critical bridge between Addi’s ambitious lending goals and the institutional capital required to fund them, directly impacting the company’s unit economics and valuation.

What you will do

• Achieve On‑Time closing rate for new warehouse or securitization facilities by leading the end‑to‑end due diligence process and coordinating cross‑functional responses, ensuring no delays in the funding roadmap.

• Improve data accuracy and reporting speed for Lenders through the implementation of automated SQL‑based monitoring tools, reducing manual ad‑hoc requests and increasing investor confidence.
