Story Behind the Need

Business group: The Regulatory and Business Initiatives (RBI) group functions as the change management arm for the business, with a strong focus on data driven initiatives and operational transformation. The team leads and supports numerous change programs, partnering closely with business stakeholders to secure funding and deliver projects successfully. The group consists of approximately 40 team members across Canada and the U.S.
