Technical Requirements
Experience in capital markets and corporate exercises (including IPO-related work)
Able to draft, review and coordinate transaction documents with appropriate supervision
Able to conduct legal due diligence independently and identify material issues
Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and guidelines
Qualifications
Around 3 years PQE
Trained in a recognised corporate / capital markets practice
Comfortable running assigned workstreams with supervision (not hand-holding)
