Technical Requirements

• Experience in capital markets and corporate exercises (including IPO-related work)
• Able to draft, review and coordinate transaction documents with appropriate supervision
• Able to conduct legal due diligence independently and identify material issues
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

• Around
  3 years PQE
• Trained in a recognised corporate / capital markets practice
• Comfortable running assigned workstreams with supervision (not hand-holding)
