Position Overview

International has a great opportunity for a Capital Markets Syndication Manager onsite at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.



Responsibilities


+ Act as a syndication partner to senior leadership, translating market dynamics into actionable funding strategies that enhance liquidity, capital efficiency, and financial flexibility.

+ Leads the end-to-end design and implementation of syndication capabilities

+ Expands and deepen relationships with bank and institutional investors, increasing active buyer participation, distribution capacity, and long‑term funding resilience

+ Coordinates cross functionally with Sales, Credit, Operations, Accounting, Tax, Legal and others

+ Enhances infrastructure to support syndication platform including checklists and reporting packs

+ Leads structuring, pricing, term sheet negotiation, diligence coordination and closing documentation
