Capital Partnerships Manager

Based out of Zurich, Switzerland, as ourCapital Partnerships Manager , you’ll be working closely with our firm’s two founding directors to further design, implement and then manage our capital partnerships strategy within the Swiss financial ecosystem. You will be our primary point of contact for onboarding new capital partners.

What you will be doing

• Design, implement and manage our capital partnerships program.
• Identify, research and build partnerships with capital providers, which includes HNW investors, family offices, small investment banks, insurers and larger international real estate managers.
• Continuously engage our network of equity partners and their portfolio companies.
• Track, report and review the performance of our partnerships to management.
• Stay abreast of market trends and the competitor landscape to shape and improve our program.
