Capital Project Manager

We’re looking for a Capital Projects Manager to lead the planning and delivery of capital projects at our Hokitika site. Reporting to the site GM you’ll be part of the Hokitika leadership team as well as managing a small team. You’ll lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and aligned to business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery, from scoping to completion
• Managing budgets, timelines, resources and project scope
• Leading and developing Project Managers
• Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Driving strong health & safety practices and compliance
• Embedding consistent project management processes and continuous improvement

About you:

You’re an experienced project leader with a strong background in capital projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment, as well as;
