Captain

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a Captain to join our expanding team in Johor, Malaysia-position reports to Assistant General Manager and General Manager

This position is suitable for energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and proven ability to execute a full range of Food and Beverage service and preform banquet / function tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Essential Functions: Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:

• Oversees catering events
• Manage daily food service operation
• Schedule front of the house staff,
• Maintain hygiene standard
• Making sure functions and events well managed
• Assist to managers requests
• Ability to set and manage a fine dining service.
• Review the billing charges incurred and respond to the AGM / GM
• Supervise clean up, inventory, and storage of supplies and equipment.
