**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for a variety of technical and administrative work, and clerical support efforts. Assignments require reconciling conflicting policies and facts, identifying issues, defining questions and problems, making decisions concerning such things as planning or coordinating the work to be performed and its follow-up, coordinating with other offices, and providing guidance on the methods and techniques used to complete varied and unrelated assignments within the programs.
