Captain

We are seeking a skilled Captain for a 24m sailing yacht based in Spain, with a focus on the Mediterranean Sea cruising itinerary.

The successful candidate will oversee a crew of four, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities include navigation, crew management, safety protocols, and compliance with maritime regulations.

Candidates must possess STCW certification, Yacht Master Ocean, and AEC 1 and AEC 2 qualifications, along with proven charter experience.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive monthly salary of €6,500. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for sailing.
