The Captain Waiter/Waitress will assist in ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division. The Timberland Highlands Resort Food & Beverage Service maximizes profits, maintains food / beverage / service quality and ensures customer satisfaction.

• Responding to customer requests.
• To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed.
• Ensures that staffs are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Checks cleanliness of sections prior to and after service.
• Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
• Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities.
