CaptivateIQ Principal Product Designer Role

Drive high-impact design for enterprise systems at CaptivateIQ. We seek a Principal Product Designer with extensive experience in B2B SaaS and strong systems thinking.
In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead the design direction of CaptivateIQ’s Incentive Compensation Management solutions. You’ll engage with Product, Engineering, and leadership to solve complex challenges and establish a high-quality design standard. This position requires autonomy, and the ability to influence cross-functionally while mentoring other designers.
