Capture & Proposal Manager

Role Summary

As the Capture & Proposal Manager, you will own every federal pursuit from the moment we identify the opportunity through final submission. You will run capture, build the win strategy and partner ecosystem, lead color-team reviews, and personally write the executive summary and key technical volumes, all driven by Shipley best practices. You will work hand-in-hand with the Federal AE, federal solutions engineering, operations, legal/contracts, and our partners. This is the seat that turns a federal pipeline into federal awards.


Core Responsibilities:

+ Capture Leadership: Run capture for every pursuit driven from Shipley best practices, opportunity qualification, customer/competitor intel, gate reviews, win strategy, teaming, and price-to-win positioning.

+ End-to-End Proposal Ownership: Own the full proposal development lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, outline, content plan, color-team reviews (pink, red, gold, white-glove)...
