**PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION**
Responsible for elaborating Capture rate reports, Arrivals & Tours data analysis and interpretation.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Accurately compiles and reviews daily arrivals, tours and related statistical data.
- Oversee the elaboration of Capture Rate reports at both Westin Lagunamar and Westin Cancun.
- Monitor all reservations on site and information provided by Marketing Team to determine the Marketable arrivals that should be counted in the Capture Rate Report.
- Be in very close communication with the different Marketing Areas to understand the dynamics of the arrivals on site during current and future Sales Months.
- Ensure the SOP compliance in the Marketing department to report accurately arrivals and Capture Rate at the Sites.
