Car Sales Advisor

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Advisor to join Carco Sales Sdn Bhd. This role is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and achieving individual and showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries professionally.
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs, budget, and preferences.
• Conduct product presentations and test drive arrangements.
• Explain vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, financing, and insurance options.
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and follow up on leads and prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the system.
