Job Description
To oversee day‑to‑day Cards and CASA operations for Boost Bank, ensuring efficient processing, robust risk controls, and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end card and CASA operations across reconciliation, settlement, dispute management, related to cards and CASA account management and monitoring. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build scalable processes in a fast‑growing digital bank.
Card and CASA Account Operations
- Manage card issuance, activation, cardholder set‑up, PIN generation, and replacement processes, reconciliation, settlement and other related processes.
- Monitor and optimise card lifecycle activities including renewals, blocking/unblocking, hotlisting, and dispute management.
