Job Description
Drive excellence in card operations at OFX as a Card Operations and Services Analyst. Focus on fraud detection and customer service management in a hybrid work environment.
Supporting the Global Manager, Cards & Transaction Services, you'll handle card disputes, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. This role requires sound knowledge of card systems and experience in intricate problem-solving. As you nurture relationships with both internal teams and external partners, you'll implement systems improvements for seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily monitoring of card service operations
