Job Overview

Full‑time, permanent Physiotherapist – Cardio‑Respiratory focus, with remuneration as per PSA Allied Health MECA guidelines, based in the Counties Manukau region.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to youth and adults with conditions such as COPD, asthma, breathing‑pattern disorders, bronchiectasis and neuro‑muscular weakness through pulmonary rehabilitation, outpatient physiotherapy and interdisciplinary clinics across multiple sites. Contribute to weekday physiotherapy service provision and the acute on‑call and weekend roster for inpatient Cardio‑Respiratory Physiotherapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a Team Lead Cardio‑Respiratory Physiotherapist, Nurse Manager, Physiotherapy Advanced Clinicians, Practitioners, assistants, Respiratory Nurses and Consultancies, as well as community and tertiary care stakeholders.
