Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: August 26 Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Inpatient, OR and Call coverage Average census 5-10 Community Hospital 346-bed facility Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p Rotating night and weekend call Will consider 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule Immediate coverage needs: 08/26-09/01 09/14-09/21 11/16-11/30 Patient Population: Adult EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 90-120 days Requirements: Active Virginia licensure Board certification AHA BLS and ACLS certification Minimum 1-year Cardiothoracic Surgery experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
