Provide vital education for patients with cardiovascular disease at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon. This part-time temporary role focuses on patient education and support in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

As a Nurse B Patient Educator, you will report to the Chronic Disease Management manager. Your responsibilities include delivering clinical education, facilitating self-management support for patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This role emphasizes a compassionate approach to adult education and cardiac disease management, utilizing your advanced assessment and teaching skills.
