Cards Benefits Manager – Affluent & Emerging Affluent Segments

The Card Benefits Manager role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the suite of benefits and rewards associated with the client’s Visa card products. This role will drive the end-to-end execution and operational management of card benefits and offers. The manager will oversee implementation, monitor performance, and continuously optimize benefit delivery to enhance customer experience and drive engagement. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a compelling value proposition that drives card acquisition, engagement, and retention.
