Care Advisor for Senior Services

Elevate lives as a Care Advisor by delivering essential support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role will allow you to engage deeply with families, ensuring they receive personalized guidance during significant care decisions.
As a key player in our team, you will oversee all aspects of family interactions from initial contact to agreement signing. By managing leads and performing in-home assessments, you’ll help facilitate critical services within the Charlotte metro area. Collaboration with field advisors and timely reporting on progress will be vital to ensure no family is overlooked.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary resource for closing family referrals
• Own family conversations from start to finish
• Manage inbound inquiries and respond within 10 minutes
• Conduct assessments as necessary for closings
