As a Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
This role ensures that every family receives consistent follow-up, guidance, and support throughout the decision‑making process. You will own the full family journey—from first conversation through signed services agreement—across both referral and digital leads.
This is ahigh‑impact, revenue‑generating role , with approximately30–35% of closes requiring in‑home visits within the Charlotte metro .
