Position Information:

We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable and dynamic Care at Home Coordinator to grow and lead our Home Care team in the lower Hunter region - Lake Macquarie/Newcastle, located at Edgeworth, NSW. Reporting to the Care at Home Manager, you will be responsible for building sustainable partnerships with clients and their families, coordinate staff to ensure the best possible care is delivered to our clients and help with promotional activities to support the growth of the service in the region.<...
