Job Description

As part of the Care Team, the Care Coordinator is one of the first to interact with clients and caregivers, creating a caring culture with exceptional service. As a Care Coordinator, you are a key contributor to scheduling optimization and utilization of hours which leads to client satisfaction and safety. Supports company initiatives by adopting new approaches, practices, and processes to deliver standards of excellence and operational excellence on a consistent basis. The Care Coordinator will build strong relationships with caregivers to create a positive environment where caregivers feel valued and supported.
