The role of a Care Coordinator can change daily, you will need to be highly organised, efficient, and up for a challenge to:

Carry out day-to-day planning to cover staff absenteeism.

Make continuous improvements to rotas to increase their effectiveness, for example, reducing travel time between visits and providing continuity of care to our clients.

Work with the Team Leaders for your areas to ensure you are coordinating Care & Support Workers and services efficiently and effectively.

Effectively manage staff availability to maximise capacity requirements.
