Care Coordinator Intern (Fall 2026)

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Education: Minimum education is working towards an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work


+ Licensure: None required.

+ Skills/Competencies:    


+ Clinical skills including in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, and linking/ advocacy skills.

+ Completion of Vroon Vandenburg High Fidelity Wraparound Training.


+ Core Expertise: Possesses skill, knowledge and abilities to perform the essential duties of their role; keeps knowledge up to date.

+ Independent Judgment: Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment.
