Care Coordinator

Guided by Nurse Managers across 25 offices throughout Ireland, Bluebird Care has transformed the delivery of home care services. Our Clinical Nurse Managers provide outstanding support and training to Healthcare Assistants, helping to improve the quality of life for our clients.

The Care Coordinator will support the Clinical Nurse Manager's and Supervisors in achieving the goals and objectives of Bluebird Care while maintaining the high standards of service provided to clients in line with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will assist the Care Manager and Supervisor in maintaining effective communication with the HSE, clients and their families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies involved in the delivery and development of the service. They will also work closely with Healthcare Assistants to support day-to-day operations and address queries as they arise.
