About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of high‑quality care services and support our team of care workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage care worker rotas.
• Act as main contact for clients, families, and staff.
• Handle emergency cover and last‑minute changes.
• Complete care assessments and reviews.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CQC compliance.
• Support the Registered Manager with daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or domiciliary care is essential.
