As a Care Coordinator you will participate in the time sensitive collection of documentation required to manage patient cases of care from beginning to end. You will support the clinical nurses and ensure that patients are serviced in a timely manner, according to customer requirements.

Location : 100% Remote
Start Date : 2/12/2024

Hourly Rate : $18.00/hr

Training & Nesting Period : 4-6 weeks

Training & Nesting Hours : Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm EST

Available Shifts After Training & Nesting : 

- Tues - Sat, 7:00a - 3:30p EST

- Tues - Sat, 8:00a - 4:30p EST

- Tues - Sat, 11:30a - 8:00p EST

- Sun - Thurs, 8:00a - 4:30p EST

- Sun - Thurs, 9:30a - 6:00p EST
